is a 3B/C for the 2009 USA Woman's Softball National Team and an assistant coach at Northwestern University. Lauren was a member of the 2008 US Olympic Silver Medalist team and an alternate for the 2004 Olympic team that competed in Athens, Greece. In the 2009 World Cup Championship game against the #2 seed Australian team, Lauren went 2 for 3 including a solo Homerun that started the 3-run 3rd inning. The US defeated the Australians 3-1 for the World Cup Championship.
In the summer of 2007, Lauren was fourth on the National team in batting with a .480 average. During that summer, Lauren helped the National team to a Gold Medal at the Pan American games and to a Championship at the World Cup.
Prior to earning a roster spot on the 2007 USA team, Lauren taught herself how to slap. Her versatility on defense plus the enhancement to her offensive game enabled Lauren to distinguish herself as a valuable player on the team.
Lauren is a 2006 graduate of Stanford University.

- Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year 2005 & 2006
