CHRIS ROWAN is highly sought after national strength and conditioning specialist. After graduating from Mt. Vernon High School in 1997, he was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers and played eleven years of pro ball

Chris is NASM certified in personal training and neuromuscular stretching. Throughout his seven years as a personal trainer he has worked with professional athletes and body builders. Chris developed and oversaw the Frozen Ropes Diamond Strength Training Program, helping grade school, high school and college players to improve sprint speed, agility and range of motion and visual mechanics for hitting and fielding. Chris incorporates into the workouts numerous techniques of plyometrics and strength training exercises.
