• This is an incredible opportunity to train with USA Olympic champion athletes, Olympic instructors and college coaches and players. The clinic is designed to provide instruction of the basic fundamentals as well as advanced techniques used at the highest levels of softball. All players will be instructed under the supervision of a professional staff that believes in positive reinforcement in order to promote self-confidence and to mentally visualize success as an athlete. Each athlete will receive hitting instruction and defensive training (assigned by each athlete's position) during the sessions. Demonstrations will be kept to a minimum. Our objective is to actively instruct each athlete during the training sessions.

Clinic Facility:

The clinic will be held at the Vincent Lombardi Memorial Center at Fordham University. The spacious Lombardi Center, complete with two batting cages and large net sectional dividers, is the indoor training facility for the Women's Fordham Softball team. The enormous amount of space and isolation from the public make the Lombardi Center an ideal facility for the clinic. The coaches and players of the Fordham Softball team will assist the featured instructors in all drill work and activity during the small group breakout sessions. DIRECTIONS TO FORDHAM

**Please note: During the instruction period, only the clinic participants and registered coaches will be allowed access to the training floor inside the Lombardi Center. There is a section inside the Lombardi Center for parents to view the sessions. For those parents who will serve as a parent-catcher, a schedule will be posted at the registration table, which will inform the parent as to when to report to catch the player.

Refund policy:

A written request for a cancellation must be submitted to scott@playballgroup.com. Any requests for cancellation received prior to November 10 are assessed a fee of $25 per person. Requests received from November 10 until November 17 are assessed a fee of $100 per player. No refunds are issued for requests received later than November 17.
